Product Description

Wood Shredding Machine : turn to pre-shreded wood chips into wood sawdust for further processing or collection.
 
wood shredding machine is the ultimate in grinding equipment for wood processing which is hammer mill type grinders, specially designed for wood processing plant, to turn the wood chips into wood sawdust.
It contains a horizontal rotating shaft which hammers are mounted. The hammers are free to swing on the ends of the cross, or fixed to the central rotor. The rotor is spun at a high speed inside the drum while material is fed into a feed hopper. The material is impacted by the hammer bars and is thereby shredded and expelled through screens in the drum of a selected size.
 
Suitable for processing the materials after shredding(The material size: Max length≤3cm;Max width≤3cm; Max thickness≤2cm), this machine has some special design for fiber material, wet and oil material, including some particular design for fine grinding. With its wide range of applicability in many fields, this is the ideal commonly used hummer grinder.
