Product Description

Rubber mulch production is the second step in Shredwell Tire recycling plant process. At this stage, rubber chip from Tire derived fuel plant are processed into wire free rubber mulch, the rubber mulch size can be as fine as 20-30mm.

Rubber mulch from Tire recycling plant has numerous uses - like rubber mulch are widely used in playground and garden landscaping or TDF chips widely used in cement factory,pulp and paper facilities or to be raw material for pyrolysis process. An added value of tire recycling system for rubber mulch is the ability to remove the steel. It can be further processed by our steel cleaing plant or compressed by our steel baler to sell to smelters directly.

Tire recycling plant for rubber mulch output contains steels and wire-free rubber mulch,.Processors are able to sell to buyers or continue processing for additional material outputs.

SHREDWELL uses its experience and success to continually improve the design and manufacturing of tire recycling plant to make them more effective and efficient throughout the reduction process. The reduction from whole tires to rubber powder is accomplished through our:

Tire Shredder:
Shredwell Tire shredder from tire recycling plant are typical primary shredding equipment, the low speed, high torque operation sharply reduce the noise, as well as the power consumption, enable them run in high throughput rates. The shredder in tire recycling line blades are made of best forged steel which is heat-treated by Bodycote according to EN standard, machined in CNC center to ensure optimal shredding performance. All the shredder blades thickness ranges from 20mm-200mm depending on type of material, output, final product.The Shredder can process OTR tires, big truck tires,passenger car tyres at a rate of up to 40t in one hour. The output is 50-100MM.

Rasper
Shredwell's Rasper machine is the ultimate machine in tire recycling plant for medium grinding and steel separation. It is main function is to process pre-shredded tire chips and produce 12-25mm (0.5''-1'') wire free rubber chips. One of the greatest features the rasper has is the unique blades, by using the top grade tooling steel, keeping the hardness in a reasonable range (heated-treated strictly to the standard requirements), highly enhanced it's performance, and make their service life much longer, and the clients are able to decrease the maintenance cost by changing the assembling direction of the blades if one side of the blades are worn.
