Shredwell Baled aluminum shredding plant is designed with most advanced, reasonable and economical production process to crush and recycle the aluminum. It's a physically shredding & selection processing line, working in the normal temperature, causing no pollution.
 
The scrap aluminum shredding plant uses a specially designed heavy duty MS series Metal Shredder for the preliminary shredding. After that a Dust collection system for removing the dust, a powerful magnetic separator is used for separating the ferrous metal, a rotary trammel to select the sand, stone and some other dust and eddy current separator as option to remove the non-metal scrap.
 
The production line is featured by easy operation and maintenance, highly automatic, high production efficiency, excellent crushing effect, eco-friendly and efficient recycling. We offer both medium and high capacity plants which benefit from low maintenance & operational costs, and lower capital investment when compared with traditional system.
