Shredwell pcb recycle machinery are used to recycle all kinds of Printed Circuit boards, such as the computer boards, cell phone boards, TV boards, aluminum-plastic boards, and other household appliances with our patented shredding and grinding technologies.
 
PCB recycle machinery are used to recycle printed circuit board (PCB). It processes PCB into powder and finely granulated copper, aluminum, lead, tin, silver and gold.
 
During the recycling process of waste circuit board, 3 steps of shredding, crushing and grinding technologies adopt to make the mixtures of metal and resin fiber powder. Weight vibration separator, air separation system and electrostatic separation system are designed to get pure metal powder and fiber powder.
 
Purity of the output exceeds 98%. The system has an automatic air filtration system (Equipment with HEPA filters) to maintain the workplace air quality.
