This high capacity car wreck shredder can process scrap metal with high efficiency.

Our scrap aluminum/metal recycling plant adopts a specially designed heavy duty MS series Metal crusher for the preliminary shredding, and a heavy-duty VS series vertical shredder or HM series hammer mill for further processing. After that, a dust collection system is used for removing the dust, a powerful magnetic separator for separating the ferrous metal, and an effective eddy current separator for removing the non-ferrous steel. 

We offer both medium and high capacity plants which boosts low maintenance & operational costs, and lower capital investment when compared with traditional system.
