It is to further grind the 10-20mm wire-free chips to 1-6mm wire-free, 99.9% fiber free rubber crumbs. 

The grinder output are rescreened and re-circulated until the desired size is made. During the grinding, 99.9% fiber is removed. It is the third stage in the whole recycling and refining process.
 
It has an adjustable knife clearence optimizing the cutting efficiency. The knives are not only easy to access and change, but can also be reground on a grinder. Exchangeable wear parts give you a trouble-free experience.
