Shredwell RG series rubber granulator machinery is specialized designed as fine grinder in tire shredding process, the end product after our granulation process will be 99.9% fiber free rubber crumb, size will be around 1-5mm.

More Details
The crumbs are rescreened and re-circulated until the desired size is made. During the grinding, 99.9% fiber is removed. It is the third stage in the whole recycling and refining process.
 
It has an adjustable knife clearence optimizing the cutting efficiency. The knives are not only easy to access and change, but can also be reground on a grinder. Exchangeable wear parts give you a trouble-free experience.

We will send our enginner team(At least one mechanical engineer and one electrical engineer) to your country to help you to install the machine, and commission as well as training your workers.

Under the proper usage, 1-3 year for whole machine.
